What a great weekend.

Dee's new corset from Corset Connection came just before we left for Dallas to attend South Plains Leather Fest 8, and had a great time. We went to a western wear shop and bought two pairs of boots each. Then at the vendors Dee got a latex dress for TLP and I got a new Mike Murphy 4' snake whip and a fancy leather whip bag to carry it in. Dee also ordered another corset that we hope arrives in time for our May trip to Germany for BoundCON.

The first day of South Plains was our seventh wedding anniversary, and I finally got the perfect gift for Dee at the last minute...I had a dozen black feather roses sent to the hotel from the Black Rose Floral Company. We had a couple of tense hours in the evening when the hotel claimed not have received the package but the shipper claimed they were sent. Thank heaven for tracking numbers...the floral company was great about answering email and sent the tracking number that allowed us to independently confirm delivery to the hotel by USPS. Armed with that fact, the hotel security eventually tracked down the package and all was well.

The reason that this was the perfect anniversary gift was (1) it had no power cord, (2) it didn't have a major sports team logo on it, (3) it was fetish-related and very romantic, but most of all (4) it wasn't too expensive.

There were some good workshops at SPLF. We paced ourselves this time, taking time to sleep late and nap, but we still got to see some fun workshops, like Unsensual Massage by Mark Frazier, Whip Cracking 201 & 301 by Sebastian and Radical Ecstasy by Dossie Easton.

Our constant regret at these events is that we can't take our camera and get more photos. Dee looked hot in her new 22" corset. We took a couple of photos in the room, but there aren't any pictures of the reaction she got. She looked hot.

We left Sunday afternoon and drove south to our Austin ranch. After one of the coldest February's on record in Pittsburgh, a sunny day and 80 degrees in Austin was heaven. We turned on the pool heater and by this morning we had the whole pool up to 90 degrees (yes, we do pay extra for the "renewable energy" option, so we're still "green").

Today was even better. I woke up early, shot some photos of deer on their way to the water hole this morning, then tied Dee to our bondage bed and had fun with the Hitachi before screwing her silly. I shot photos, and some of them will be in a future update.

Breakfast in bed is nice, but I had my breakfast served at the pool bar. Even better. After I ate, Dee hopped into the pool with me and we watched the cows and the donkey. We listened to the birds and waited for the fog to burn off. Dee took this opportunity to use the outdoor shower by the pool to shampoo her hair.
